Community Leadership
As President of UXFest, I ran a 140+ person UX design hackathon end to end: programming, speakers, and a 50-person team. It's where I learned to direct design across a whole program and a room full of people, not just a screen.
Hackathon
A UW-themed take on Among Us with real UX tasks scattered across campus, built and curated entirely in Figma Make. It won first place at Figma Make Hackathon, proof that the most serious design lessons often hide inside the most playful ideas.
Design + Code
I took my published Saksham research and coded it into a working, accessible reading app: customizable type and contrast, word-level audio-synced reading through the Web Speech API, offline support, and no accounts. Research, to design, to a thing you can actually use.
Research
Mixed-methods research with mothers and providers on where AI belongs in prenatal care, and where it doesn't. I distilled the findings into one shareable infographic and took the project to a CHI competition.
Design & Operations
As a Design and Operations Associate at UW's Laurel Village, I built the visual system the center runs on, then put it to work everywhere. One consistent look across event flyers, weekly newsletters, and classroom posters, all designed in Figma and Canva.
